Request a room away from the street to minimize noise, as it can be quite loud at night.

The location is prime, right in the heart of the city with easy foot access to attractions like Château Frontenac. Rooms feature thoughtful details like accessible plug points and tidy decor, making for a cozy stay.
Air conditioning turned out to be a major issue. it malfunctioned in our room, leading to an uncomfortable night in the heat. The building's age contributes to some noise from the hallway, which might disrupt your sleep. Cleaning could use some improvement. I noticed unclean floors and remnants from previous guests, raising concerns about overall cleanliness.

Target audience looking for a budget stay
The location was incredible, right in the heart of everything, just a few blocks from all the attractions. I really appreciated having a well-kept room with a nice king-size bed, and the staff were super helpful when I had questions!
It wasn't exactly affordable, but still a decent choice.

A hot night, but great location
The location was a jewel, right in the middle of old Quebec. Charming streets and fantastic eateries just steps away from the front door made our adventures easier.
Unfortunately, our air conditioning didn’t work, turning a cozy stay into an uncomfortable one. It took too long for the staff to address our concerns, leaving us restless at night.

Pleasant stay in a charming location
Had a lovely experience here! The staff were friendly and helped us find local dining options, especially a nearby bistro with mouthwatering croissants. Our room, while cozy, was fabulously clean. Tip, confirm your room setup before arrival for a smoother check-in.

The room was small yet impeccably clean, perfect for a solo traveler who spends most of their time exploring. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the old town and close to numerous attractions. However, the thin walls made it difficult to get a good night's sleep, as noise from neighboring rooms was quite disruptive. Additionally, the shared restroom situation was less than ideal, leading to occasional waits during busy times.
