I ate at a good restaurant which has good food. There was comfortable bed, very very helpful and helpful enough staff on shift. The location was comfy, close to Fairmont le Chateau Frontenac. A bakery and a supermarket were right next door...

We stay there regularly and would come here again, everything was great. Quirky fairly clean property, it has exceptional staff at all times. The location is peaceful and stunning, 1 km from La Place de la Gare. The hotel is close to the good area and it's near restaurants and bars.

Request a room away from the street to minimize noise, as it can be quite loud at night.

Air conditioning turned out to be a major issue. It malfunctioned in our room, leading to an uncomfortable night in the heat. The building's age contributes to some noise from the hallway, which might disrupt your sleep. Cleaning could use some improvement. I noticed unclean floors and remnants from previous guests, raising concerns about overall cleanliness.

The location is fantastic, with easy access to many attractions. My room was tidy and comfortable, with a private bathroom. Staff were helpful and friendly . Parking was convenient right across the street 😊

A hot night, but great location

The location was a jewel, right in the middle of old Quebec. Charming streets and fantastic eateries just steps away from the front door made our adventures easier.

Unfortunately, our air conditioning didn't work, turning a cozy stay into an uncomfortable one. It took too long for the staff to address our concerns, leaving us restless at night.

The location was very nice, right in the heart of everything, just a few blocks from all the attractions. I really appreciated having a well-kept room with a nice king-size bed, and the super nice team when I had questions!

It wasn't exactly affordable, but still a decent choice.

Wow, the location was fantastic! Just steps away from all the main attractions. The room was cozy and clean with a private bathroom. Only downside was the shared toilet down the hallway 😅

This hotel is great, and has free wi-fi, cots, and a no smoking policy. I remember when the staff helped me return my forgotten shower bag. Always friendly and helpful, it's a great place for a holiday.

The room was small yet impeccably clean, perfect for a solo traveler who spends most of their time exploring. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the old town and close to numerous attractions. The thin walls made it difficult to get a good night's sleep, as noise from neighboring rooms was quite disruptive. The shared restroom situation was less than ideal, leading to occasional waits during busy times.
